no, it wasn't.

this show had so much going for it: the legends, Raw, Smackdown!... all on one show and they did nothing with it.

Piper's Pit was good, as was Austin v "The Family". HHH turning on Flair was somewhat predictable. The Legends beating up on Conway was funny. HBK/Angle tore the house down just too bad it was the first match.

But then they threw 95% of the matches in the last 45 mins. No Smackdown match, no major run-ins (minus the end), and when they did have a chance to have a clusterfuck big bang ending... they cut it off. So much for all the "extra time".

I don't know. There was so much promise for this night and it left me wanting so much more. Maybe it's just me, but I think they really blew it tonight.

Why not have Sleazy beat Cena with Angle's help but have Vince turn it around next week? Why not have Batista confront HHH after the beating he gave Flair? Why not a Mr. Kennedy promo? Why not have Hardy flip out after he lost instead of having him walk out like a bitch with his head down?

Eh....

That was quite possibly the most rushed, fucked up ending ive seen on raw in ages. It was like they went into it thinking we've got all the time in the world and realised after 2 hours 45 mins theres still a few more segments to do and not much time to do it in.

I think behind the michaels match the austin segment (while moderatly funny) still ate up around 20 minutes or so for something that could have easily been done in less than half the time. The cena match when cena lifted bischoff for the fu i seen some kid in the crowd with a black cap shaking his head and moving his arms like he was saying "is that it?".

Really shitty ending, a big brawl ensues and we get to see about 20 seconds of it.

notice how there is a tendency to always just pick apart the negatives and never the positives. If there are a bunch of positives on a show, but just one negative, the negative is what gets talked about the most. People never praise the positives to a large extent, but oh boy, when something is bad, it gets torn apart.

I loved Raw today.

I especially love that with Raw Live on the website, we get to see what the people at the show see.

We all are going to have our opinions on the show. Good and bad. I never ask them to do things my way or else, I was just pissed because this show had so much more potential and I feel that they just didn't deliver on it.
