Should be a GREAT Raw next week. JoMo is there, Orton is still there, Edge is there, Cena is there, Bats is there, Jericho is there..definitely worth my two hours of TV viewing

Yeah this was a really solid episode of Raw. SmackDown's gonna kinda be in rebuild mode, and I like that. Send Zack Ryder (and preferably Evan Bourne and MVP) over there in tomorrow's Supplemental Draft and I'll be happy with this thing.

Kofi defiantly benefited the most from being traded since he wasn't doing much on RAW last few weeks after getting a small push during his feud with Orton.

Feel a bit bad for Morrison since the short term has the main event and upper mid-card stacked but gets better once a few wrestlers leave/retire during the summer.

Yeah, RAW finally got a really good lineup, it hasn't been that good of a roster since I started watching RAW again in 2008. RAW had some good guys, but now it has a lot more wrestlers that I enjoy.

Pretty suprised that Orton and/or Sheamus didn't go over to Smackdown at the end of the night. I figured they would going into the night, but with Edge and Jericho moved over to Raw, I figured something big had to give in the other direction.
I guess they're just stacking Raw.

This can be a good thing though. Raw has been inferior to Smackdown for quality for a year or two now, in my opinion.
Raw's main event scene has a biggg feel to it now, and it's not as stale as it had gotten with Cena/Orton/HHH. The addition of Edge, and Sheamus stepping up freshens it a ton.
Sheamus was great tonight. He came off as a huge star all night.

Smackdown got stripped a bit, no doubt, but that's not a bad thing. They can really commit to Swagger now. He won't get lost in the shuffle now, since he's one of the big fish over there.
It also makes Christian and CM Punk's stock go way up. They're right on top there. Should be a good year for them.

And their midcard is obviously still great, with the addition of Kofi and probably a few others tomorrow. Hart Dynasty should get a lot of exposure there too now.

I feel like Smackdown could have used maybe one more big star, like Jericho staying put. Other than that, it was a pretty awesome draft and good for both brands.

Orton was great tonight as well, he had the crowd hanging on all of his moves it felt like the 90's when the wrestlers were good enough to make the audience react!

Sheamus is the man for stepping up and I think he proved that last night and tonight. Congrats to him for proving a lot of people wrong.

BTW does anybody have trouble distinguishing Orton and Batista in the main event? They have the exact same look, except Batista is obviously twice as big.

It was cool to see Edge turn heel, interested in why he chose Orton before Cena.

Edge could be angry that Orton was given the first one-on-one shot against Swagger, since it was Edge who was responsible for Swagger winning the belt in the first place? I dunno, just a thought.

Yea seriously. Normally this would be a pipe dream but it's pretty possible considering Smackdown is wide open, and Raw is stacked.

Still could happen but I doubt it. CM Punk seems like the transition there. I think he's next in line for a world title reign after Swagger, and since he's already established, he'd be the perfect guy to elevate Christian against.
That would be a hot fued in the late summer or fall.

I hope that is the Smackdown main event for Summerslam. Some great promos and matches would come out of that feud. I'm thinking they may do Swagger/Rey next for the title since Rey is the biggest face on Smackdown (other than Taker but he's chillen) and this would be a good way to ease Punk into the feud since he's already feuding with Rey. Do a triple threat or fourway and have Punk win the title in that. That can get the title from Swagger --> Punk despite both being heels.

I could see Big Show getting a face push against Swagger too. Rey is a good call, but he'll probably end up fueding with Joey Mercury or whoever the hooded attacker was. They could wrap that up on TV though.

Not really sure how the new Smackdown will unfold.

I'd kind of like to see McIntyre move to Raw, and Miz over to Smackdown. Mostly because I have little to no interest in McIntyre, and the midcarders are going to get way more television time on Smackdown.
I'd rather see Miz and the US Title getting that.

No. They were good on SD because of the booking. Morrison was getting put in good matches with Swagger. Made both men look strong. Now he'll be booked to lose 5 minute matches to Sheamus and be relegated to nothing. That's why Raw has like 5 guys who look good and the rest of the roster is clustered as fighting for "best jobber" while on Smackdown, even Cryme Tyme as singles competitors seem like a valuable part of the roster. Raw booking right now may be the worst I've ever seen.
