I have some spare points atm. Might get the undertaker outfit if it's the trench.

Speaking of that, I'm pretty dissapointed in taker's recent entrance attire. The trench coat and hat was badass. Now he just looks like a lord of the rings reject.

To be honest, I prefer the new entrance attire. We've seen the hat and trench in games since he returned at WMXX, so it's good to change it up once they got the chance.


Also, the outfit is the trench, and the hat is a separate item.

Didn't 2010 have some THQ programmers uploading custom wrestlers or some shit? Maybe the missing ones will be made by them this year.

Truth be told, I'm not too fussed about a demo, I never play them nowadays although I can see why that would upset some people.

The grappling 'improvement' has me raising an eyebrow. While I don't think it will be quite: arm drag, arm bar, moss-covered three-handled Family Credenza, arm bar, back breaker... I suspect it will be severely limited. I can't imagine your tiger bombs, your t-bone suplexes and your vertebreakers would be 'weak grapples', but I could be wrong.

I won't grab my pitchfork until release date.

I agree with this, in fact I never thought the NXT guys would be in the game to begin with. I guess I'm just a little irked that they started teasing the entire group being in just to only make 3 of them DLC. The crowd was chanting "Daniel Bryan" last night and Ledesma just had a shit-eating grin on his face. I guess it comes down to me being in the minority. I almost never use legends or divas so I would have preferred to throw the rest of the group in instead of Layla, Bulldog, Luger, etc.

I can see Bryan being in a future DLC pack and maybe even Kaval now that he won NXT Season 2 (which would be fucking awesome). I have my doubts that we'll ever see "authentic" versions of Tarver, Sheffield, etc. though cause THQ probably don't think any of them will be around after the storyline ends.

My main concern is that the good CAW makers out there are going to decide there's no point in spending the hours on Barrett, Otunga, or Gabriel CAWs which would mean I have to make them on my own, and I suck at CAW-making. Since I plan on running a sim fed this year thanks to the new WWE Universe mode, I wanna have the entire roster in there asap but I may have to wait until mid-December or whenever the DLC 2 Pack comes out.

I've seen in a few places that it's been hinted at that there's one extra match type that hasn't been announced yet.

As ridiculous as it sounds, I could honestly see a Punjabi Prison match being added. There haven't been many but I've seen a TON of people on the THQ/IGN/etc. boards ask for it every year. Furthermore it'd be the only logical reason as to why The Great Khali hasn't been announced yet, and I don't know what the fuck else that extra match type could be.

Also, I wanna see Punjabi Prison in this game as well. Will it be in DLC or is it already in as unlockable?

When I heard the annoucement I couldn't help but think of this as well otherwise the induction of Luger just seems completely random unless WWE is actually considering him for the HOF.

Yeah I would think so, and if not, just create a stable for them.

I think you underestimate the community. caw.ws has plenty of caws on the site of wrestlers that are already in the game.

I know one of the THQ guys said they are working on actual character editing, rather than 'threads'.

That was such a cool part of No Mercy. I mean, given todays level of detail, I wouldn't expect to change hair or facial features. Just to change the attire around a little would be good enough.

Yeah, this is what I would want. Though the CAW clothes don't tend to be on par with the default clothes. Like I've said countless times, they need to build the default wrestlers (aside from the facial and body scans) with a similar (but obviously more advanced) CAW to make it compatible.

Exactly. Like scan in the body, and add the attire as CAW layers. That way we'd have all attire at the same level, and it could be interchangeable.
