The only other thing, and I'm not 100% on this cause I've never done a network game is will we have to have some big coordination efforts to make sure everyone is online at the same time? Cause controlling half the Prem (more or less) people are going to be playing each other more or less every week...

Oh man. I think I've just destroyed Man Utd.

Thierry Henry's contract at arsenal ran out at the end of the season, so I tried unsettling him by declaring interest and making transfer bids, all of which were rejects and henry didn't care, so I put a stupid offer in, like 140m up front, 40m after his first league game, 40m after 10 league goals, 40m per appearance, just so arsenal would accept, then when january and the transfer window rolled around, i could cancel the transfer and sign him on a bosman (sneaky, i know)

Anyway, somehow the deal went through, and now I'm gonna end up paying Arsenal literally 2 billion.

And I didn't realise that you needed the correct version of the game. . With my network game with RBF he uses a different version to me, and because I am the host his automatically upgrades to the same one as mine whilst he is playing against me. I assumed I could do the same with this one.

, I might start a new game with 3 teams (Arsenal, Man Utd, and Chelsea) and out stupid offers like this in for shit players so that there teams get ****ed then they won't ALWAYS be the top 3 teams.

I just finished the 2006-07 season in 2nd ( ) - Spurs were 1st, Leeds were 3rd, Blackburn were 4th, Man U 5th, and Arsenal and Chelsea somewhere below that. So the comp does a pretty good job of fucking up anyway.

P.S. Liverpool were 16th

I found out it works with any team at all, no matter their shit financial situation.

All you have to do is wait until the transfer window is closed.

About half the teams in my Spanish league game are in receivership.

Anyway,will this network game work? Seeing as MMM and RBF's game didn't.

should do, my network games with RBF work fine.

If you want, I'll host and we'll organize certain times that we're going to run the league. for example like... 5-10pm on a saturday or something. If you can't make it, we'll just leave your manager on holiday, same if you need to leave for any reason or whatever, cause I doubt we'll ever catch everyone all at once.

After the football on a saturday would be fine for me,up until The Premiership starts or something.

I know Disturbed said he works at week-ends,and i haven't been able to get hold of packt up but as long as people don't mind being left on holiday because 5 hours or so is quite a while to be away.

if we're playing the english league, yeah.

I editted some scottish clubs money for me and RBF to have a chance of doing anything, but I doubt that'll make a huge difference to any game we have

or I can just edit it back, but i'm lazy.

You have to have the EXACT SAME data as everyone else, if you give Man U a pound more than anyone else's data, it wont work

It should do, at least if I'm running the server. it's worked fine with RBF so far.
