I'd say they look pretty close. Especially since they scanned all the superstars' and divas' faces for this game, in super-ultra-mega-hyper-high-res!

Didn't they scan the wrestlers faces? They say the do every year then the next year they say "...and for the first time we scanned there faces!" Any other year Id find it hard to believe cos thre was always someone that looked completely wrong. This year though I think there right.

Everything looking good, except the commentary (ie: King saying "going to the top rope....what's he gonna do?" after the move has already been completed)

Also, is that Jindrak's real theme? I know it sounds familiar, but I thought he used the Reflection of Perfection music until his release

I too wanted Chris Masters, who else other than me is going boost him to main event stats, and that is Jindraks theme before his release, it was his theme either when Team Angle and The Cabinat combined or his house show theme when he was traded

Damn, Jindrak looks very true to his real-life counterpart. I can already tell that every single superstar will look very realistic.

And yeah, that was his last theme in WWE, a production piece called "Delirious". Matt Morgan used it for awhile as well.

Disturbed's Countdown Notes: Mark Jindrak


Video 1 - Enterance

Right, I don't think anyone got the chance to see Jindrak perform on Raw before he was released, so I guess we will just have to say this enterance is EXACTLY what he would have done, if he had the chance. Some generic rock music plays as Jindrak comes out sporting some lovely gold underpants. He makes his way to the ring. In the background we can see King and JR having some kind of debate and when Jindrak gets to the ring, we see Lillian holding the mic behind her back. Amazing how much detail they have put in this time. Jindrak looks great, in a non homosexual way He gets in the ring and poses. Pretty funny how he gets almost no reaction from the crowd.

Video 2 - Fight time part I

The video starts out with a huge GOSH by JR. We are 46 seconds into a Jindrak vs Scotty 2 Hotty match, the sign during his enterance was right, this is MATCH OF THE CENTURY. Jindrak goes for a choke lift by it gets reversed, much to King's delight. The two wrestlers return reversals for abit before Jindrak knocks Scotty on his ass with a straight right punch. Jindrak nails a backbreaker before the video goes black. Again, almost no reaction what so ever.

Video 3 - The end

Scotty has got full momentum and pounds on Jindrak a little. Jindrak fights back and whips Scotty into the corner and his his finishing move, the huge flying clothesline from the top. He pins Scotty for 3. I love that clothesline, had it as one of my CAW's turnbuckle moves last year. Jindrak goes around the ring punching the air celebrating whilst King tells us he is the luckiest guy in the world, ahh bless.

Jindrak looks good, although I probably wont use him. It would have been nice to have seen what the Mark of Excellence looked like, see if it was like last years or if it had been reannimated.

Man the commentary in that third (and last) Jindrak video is horrendous. It sounds like J.R. is about to break out of character at any moment.

What I don't understand is WHY did THQ and WWE add superstars that have been fired (ie Mark Jindrak, just an example i really like the guy) when there is other Superstars still in the WWE that havent been included (ie Matt Hardy). WATSUPWITDAT

I think they'd already made the characters though and just decided to keep them to fill out the roster, Hardy will most likely end up in the game.

When THQ was making the game, it was around spring of this year. AT THAT TIME, all those released superstars were IN THE WWE.

If you put in months of work scanning superstars' faces and motion-capturing their entrances and taunts and even some of their moves, would YOU throw it all away just to make it accurate as possible? They don't HAVE THE TIME to fill in replacement wrestlers in the place of Charlie Haas, Mark Jindrak, etc.

I personally don't mind the old roster. I'd love to play with Charlie Haas...er...in the game that is...

So yeah, everybody take notice of what I just typed above. Don't ask again why older wrestlers were left in. Please.
