How can you dub a team a dynasty 30 minutes after they sign a player? You have to win 3 world titles minimum to be considered a dynasty, and they haven't even taken the court yet. Slow it down. Michael Wilbon comes out and predicts 3 titles in 4 years and everyones ready to put it in the record books. Classic shit.

um...who's flipping out exactly? Im fairly certain 98% of the posters that have been in this discussion during the 'decision' arent Laker fans.

I love that he's got a 5 year deal and will be out of their so fast if they don't win any rings by then. His reputation as a locust will be sealed to the people who don't realize it now if it gets to be 2015 and he still doesn't have a ring, and goes to the best market instead of having any semblance of loyalty.

Look, fact is...they are young. Are the 'hungry'? I dunno, LeBron and Bosh are attention whores. Wade has battled and carried his team for years...ive never seen him tank a series like LeBron.

It has a very good chance at working like they wanted it to work and they have an extremely good chance at AT LEAST the playoffs. Nobody is guaranteeing victory or anything. If they can learn to work together cohesively, they have a HELL of a shot at not only one championship, but multiple championships. Nobody here (that I see) is saying that they're going to 100% steam roll over all their competition.

But to not recognize that they have a VERY good chance at succeeding like intended, that's being silly.

sad to see lebron leave our hometown. Can't say I blame him. He really didn't have the support needed to be champions. Lacked the depth.
