Chamber match was good but Cena having a 2 week reign is dumb. Would have been better had Styles went in as champion.

Been saying that ever since the rumors of Cena winning at RR came up. Hell, it even works better if they're really going to do AJ vs Shane... Royal Rumble was a really special moment. Even though the title reign was very short, it doesn't take one bit away from how awesome that match and that moment of Cena getting his 16th title in front of 50k + was.

While I agree that they could have gone down the road of Styles losing the title in the Chamber, they can still tell the same essential story of that was Styles only title rematch. Especially since Cena is getting a one on one with Bray on Tuesday. But if they did that, you lose the Cena moment. When you with the two out, I think it's clear the right decision was made.

Styles will be around for a while, he'll have more time in the spotlight. Cena on the other hand appears to be winding down somewhat. It's nice to put a cherry on what is a Mount Rushmore worthy career.

All of those examples are gimmicks given because the talent didn't come up with something. Great superstars challenge the writers to work together to make something great. If not you are just grabbing from the Box of Gimmicks that made Friar Ferguson and Bastion Booger!

You are 100% getting Roman/Undertaker or Goldberg/Brock in the main-event. The big main-event of WM will not be Orton vs Bray lol.

Both challenged creative and are no longer with WWE. I have given like 10 examples of proof that wrestlers do not get to create their own characters. Hell, promos are even scripted.

Austin challenged creative on a daily basis and became the biggest money draw in WWF history.

Scripted promos are the norm now true. Giving creative too much control is bad. Any character they give Apollo will not feel real or make it. He has to find something about himself and display that to the world. The scripted promos will still be there but he might be able to read them in a better voice if he believes the character. I just don't think he has the balls to bring something to the table. He's a solid worker but that's all. They signed him because he had a buzz about him for being a great worker and very athletic spots for a man his size.

I am not fine with Roman vs. Undertaker because we all know what the outcome will be.

And I don't want to think about that.
