It is beyond startling how out of touch WWE are with their audience. It's not even an IWC thing. An entire fucking arena voiced the exact same opinion. Good lord nobody wants to see Orton/Batista.

I wouldn't mind Batista vs Orton without the title involved. Just as a grudge match with the story of Orton thinking the authority brought back Batista to replace him as the face of the company. That would be a great addition to the WrestleMania card.

I hate the idea of either of them walking out of WrestleMania with the title though. Especially while Cena and Wyatt are in an inconsequential match that would be much more intriguing with the title at steak.

entire arena to an extent but that was the smarkiest crowd since last years RAW after Mania. The exact same layout gets a different response in a different town aka when the crowd isn't full of knobs (not for the Bryan love, the general boo Cena/chanting boring 15 seconds into a match/the usual)

was definitely pulling for Bryan to be in the Rumble but really for the "romanticism" of it/"the moment". But thinking about it logically for 5 seconds, Bryan wins the Rumble and without hotshotting the belt to somebody at the next PPV/a pretty ho hum ending to everything Orton has done over the last 5-6 months, that sets up one of two main events, Bryan/Orton or Bryan/Cena, both of which have been done recently and decisively. Whether they booked themselves into that position or not, neither of those really work for your Mania main event. So I understand him not winning/being in it (personally would have loved to see him enter at 30 anyway just to see the crowd's reaction to him being eliminated) "the rumours" state that it'll be Bryan/Sheamus at Mania, which is fine, they've shown previously they can tear the house down. That said, for the crowd interaction it would create, the setting, the perfect ending it would give to the "ultimate underdog"/against the odds story etc, Orton/Batista/Bryan would be great. Not gonna happen but still great.

While Daniel Bryan clearly should've won the Rumble, I do like Batista. Not interested in Batista vs Orton at all though.

Cena-Bray I am ok with.

Pretty sure I bombed one match with Tipsters (Bryan/Wyatt), but aside from that I made very few mistakes. Orton won via RKO, Billy got the pin, Punk was in the rumble longer than Roman, and life is good.

They also need to realize he's not Chris Benoit or Chris Jericho. As great as those guys were/(or in Jericho's case, ARE), fans didn't hijack segments and entire main events of pay per views in their name, fans weren't captivated by them. It's so weird to see what is happening and how it's being ignored.

Wow, tuned into the end of the Rumble after seeing a few Bryan segments and how hot the crowd is for him recently... absolutely amazing to see the crowd take a big dump all over the final 3.

I would say the WWE cant ignore that but I thought they couldn't ignore the cage top Raw ending a few weeks back either and tonight's Rumble would be all Bryan.
