WWE should have never gone to 3-man booths as the standard for their shows and saved it for PPVs and special themed shows instead.

WCW's 3-man booth was pretty good for a long while but WWE's idea is to just use the odd man out as the source of ridicule for the other commentators. NXT is the only one that doesn't have the constant bickering going on each week.

Camera work by a mile.

Lot easier to tune out WWE's commentary in general when they are bad or boring than the nauseating inducement camera cuts and shaky cam that goes on during shows.

After the show, Rollins told the crowd to bring out their beach balls. He, Balor, Hardy, the cameramen, and the crowd played with the beach balls together.

At the very end, we got closeups of Balor's and Hardy's rainbow gear. Was a nice view of Finn's butt on the Tron.

Watching Paige's retirement speech kinda reminded me that I was in attendance when Edge announced his retirement. Different circumstances since Paige's injuries had been known for a while, but still.

Edge was always one of my faves but I didn't agree at all with him beating Del Rio at WM27. Pretty much totally killed Del Rio's early momentum, although you can trace the recent trend of everyone losing at their first Mania back to him. Maybe even earlier than that (Sheamus did the job at WM26).

But still......to see one of my faves retire a week after he retained the title at Mania was so fucking sad/surreal to sit through. Kept waiting for Edge to get jumped and have the whole thing revealed as an angle but it never came.

Sheamus just lost to Triple H because Triple H considers himself a "big star" and thinks that counts as giving someone the rub. I didn't agree with the Del Rio loss at the time, either, but I also disagree with two World Titles and the Royal Rumble being used for the B-program. And Del Rio has turned out to be a disappointment. Retroactively I don't feel sorry for him.

I don't give a fuck about Del Rio either - but I hated the decision at the moment. It is kinda crazy though to realize how many people dropped their first Mania.

I'm in the same boat. I feel like it fucked him at the time. But to what ends would not fucking him have achieved anything? I dunno, I just resent how much I used to want to be into him, haha.

They also put the ECW Originals over the New Breed at...23, I want to say? It was the first match of many of the old guys, but it felt like they were going with the new guys paying dues.

On the flip side, they had Cole beat King too, because you can't have a wrestler going notably undefeated at WrestleMania.

Last night was.......interesting. Certainly not one of the better Rawaftermania shows. But it had it's spots.

Ember Moon looked like money last night. Great debut.

No Way Jose I don't think will last long with that gimmick. Didn't work for Adam Rose.

Authors of Pain are off to an interesting start. Obvious squash match was coming, but now we're all wondering if Paul Ellering is done managing or if this is the start of a breakup storyline.

I think with AOP it was obvious Ellering wasn't working a full time schedule so it was dumb to have him come out and just get dumped after their first match. AOP better get moved to SD though.

When Slater issued his open challenge, they should have cut to a video on the big screen of Ellering proclaiming his work his done and its now time to sick his beasts on RAW.

Then AOP debut sans Ellering but at least you have the explanation for why Ellering is no longer around them.
