O'Reilly by himself isn't anything special, but as part of a reunited Undisputed Era, he definitely has value.

I think he’s probably more valuable in AEW to them as part of that act than he is in NXT on his own. He’s the one I most expect to jump. He’s a bigger value add to AEW than he is WWE, plus they’ll probably offer him more money.

Gargano and O'Reilly to AEW, add in Keith Lee and maybe Killer Kross and his sexy wife, it all makes sense. AEW could have the roster they could've had from the beginning essentially the best of PWG and ROH from across the years.

They just need to separate with a good chunk of talent they have so they don't have a massive roster that never has enough time.

AEW does not need Gargano. He got over as part of a natural, rise to prominence alongside Ciampa that happened organically and felt very special. Everything after that failed to match the quality of storytelling in that initial run.

Yes, he's a very good hand, but so are a lot of guys in AEW. He doesn't bring anything to the table that they don't already have.

If I am Gargano I dont know if im leaving. He is NXT, and I dont think he would ever get any higher than low midcard in AEW. At least in NXT he always has that lore of the heart of NXT. NXT can go younger but they will always need vets in the player/coach role, and he is over as can be with that audience.

Gargano is a guy that I see staying in the WWE, because he’s got that player/coach value there and seems really embedded. And his wife is there. But if he did leave, regardless of whether AEW needs him, they would sign him. And it wouldn’t be a “bad” signing. Taking the Heart and Soul of NXT is something. It’s how you use him.

I'm not sure Gargano is leaving WWE tbh. I think KOR is, but I'm not sure about Gargano. He might just be taking paternity leave and disappear for a while.

I heard Kyle O’Reily talk on nxt 2.0 for about 30 seconds and realized he’s just a big dork and decided I don’t want him on my TV. It doesn’t help that I view him as a wish app Bryan Danielson with the complete opposite amount of charisma. I don’t want him in AEW. Gargano I feel the same. They have a lot of guys like him already. Keith Lee is the big name they should go outta their way for. He’s unique, he’s charismatic and he is bigger than a lot of their guys which helps add variety to their roster.

Owens/Steen seems like a lock. They should absolutely sign him. He’d be a great promo and he works as the bully heel or anti authority babyface. He’d be a good foil/rival for the elite.

All joking aside, I will break it down. My problem with AEW is not the product, its all the stupid shit people from their rosters say outside of the the time they are on TV. My problem is their owner being a whining spoiled child who acts 12 when he is 40. They ruin what would be a more enjoyable product by being such dislikable people the rest of the week.

This. Also the product sucks. And being a dick is subjective. I don’t think Lock Jaw nor you are dicks. I think screech is (big time). This is just a divisive tactic. These same posters were pro-WWE a few years ago. Most people with common sense were criticising them. Now it’s okay to point and laugh at WWE. But it’s not okay to do that with AEW.

They’ve got a shiny new toy. They can’t actually respond to criticism, and it infringes on how they identify with something they are preoccupied with for the moment. When AEW fades and something else takes that spot (established or not right now), “LolAEW” will become a meme and the new thing will be protected by “How about if you don’t like it, you don’t watch?” as well as mocking people for not watching and calling people dicks, cocksuckers and all sorts of names for not falling into line and scaffolding the new fad.

We’re probably only about a year away from the change. I’ll be shocked if it doesn’t happen by 2024.

Think someone said it already but I'd really like to see Keith Lee in AEW. If nothing else, he'd bring a different look than most of the roster. Plus I want to see him actually get a chance to do stuff on TV.
