i feel that a great match is one that makes you feel not think so the ending was bad to me because i was forced to think of how it didn't make sense. the part that messed it up for me was indeed the concrete and the and the burst after it i just feel it couldve been thought out more to avoid it..

seriously all the had to do was not do the concrete and its believable. all they had to do was replace that with barrett's finisher and then it wouldve been fine for cena to roll out of the 450 and finish the match how he did. that was the only bad thing about the match and it just pisses me off that a little detail like that, a minor tweak fucks shit up. if cena was making the calls in the match simple logic shouldve occurred to him or any of the guys that this is better because it make more sense

Austin was pinned bunch of times in his feud with Vince.

I give a fuck about people "turning". (Not really)

It wouldn't have made any sense for Cena to turn. Barrett and Gabriel looked fantastic in that showing, and Slater looked pretty damn tops, as well. But you know what looks fucking retarded? John Cena winning. You know why? Not just because he won. I don't hate John Cena. I hate this particular ending, because he didn't overcome 2 guys. He overcame 2 guys and a concrete fucking floor. If Cena's going to win, that's fine, but don't pull this hanna-Barbera bullshit.

I also hate it because it deflates The Nexus. Not the three guys that lasted, but the damn story. I liked the look of it. I liked the feel of it. And they did what they do far too often: they started something good, and they peed on it.

I'm not crying. I'm not really even all that angry. I'm very frustrated. And I'm fucking flabberghasted.

The only big issue with the main event was Cena essentially getting DDT'd on the concrete (which they never do anything on flat concrete anymore, so it should be more devastating), and having him pretty much no sell it like nothing happened.

They should sell it like a concussion or something. I don't care that Cena won, but that spot was awful to do with him winning.

As far as Nexus goes, they'll be fine. They have people to feud with, and new recruits coming. I could see them easily picking up Eli Cottenwood, Husky Harris, and Lucky Cannon. Maybe even Kaval. Then they can dump Slater, who just doesn't fit, and Gabriel too, who would do better on his own.

If it was me booking Cena to win and they REALLY wanted the concrete spot. I would have had Barret do the DDT on the concrete, then have the Ref DQ him from that, but have him confident that Gabriel can beat Cena.

Gabriel goes for the 450, misses, then set up for the F-U finish.

To be frank no more than 5% of the audience would have read that. I took a look at the WWE chat when this came on here and they didn't let any spoilers go there. Call me crazy, but reading that just made me all the more excited.

Fact of the matter is that Nexus has been beating the piss out of Cena for the past two months. They've cost him his title twice, laid him out, and made his life a living hell. At some point they needed to get what was coming to them, and they looked very strong in the loss. Was the booking at the end of the match flawless? Nope, but it wasn't awful either. Twas a really great match overall

This isn't the end of the Nexus angle, far from it, and they could easily come back more pissed off. They still haven't revealed the 'bigger picture' in their plan, and I'm sure with that coming up soon, they'll be just fine. These are guys who were nobodies 6 months ago, and now main evented one of the big four PPVs.

If you're going to bitch about something, bitch about the way the SES/Big Show match was booked.

I get the not liking the DDT spot. I guess it felt out of place in terms of timing and was probably a bit too close to the finish for the 'sake of reality'. And Cena can't sell anything for longer than one sequence. But that spot isn't why most people are complaining
