Why would the clueless Adamle be made GM in kayfabe?? Seriously.

I like him as an on-screen performer though, if not as an announcer. Adamle as GM could be good. Especially if he's a subtle heel, he could be up to Vince McMahon 1998 standards.

Does this mean Joey Styles back to ECW? Or does Todd Grisham finally get his own show?

I'm curious as to who the new play-by-play commentator on ECW will be. Todd Grisham seems like the leading candidate, which would underwhelm me, but Josh Mathews working with Tazz would be fucking great. Mathews is a fantastic commentator.

Adamle was fun in the booth, and was making improvements, but any man who calls a wrestling move an "elevated dick" does not belong in that position. He's also getting paid heaps. Time to use him in a roll where he can earn that money. Adamle needs to have his picture appear at the beginning of RAW instead of the WWE logo, ala Eric Bischoff.

Wow. I seriously thought Coach would be GM because of the whole Michael Cole thing. Also, they hinted at it the second they brought Jim Ross in, giving the same reason that Adamle gave: that he was called in with no given reason. I cannot believe I did not catch that. Two hints, and most of us missed that.

It was an A+ in terms of swerve, but in the long term it's gonna be a D at best.
