I enjoyed Cena vs. Batista, definitely exceeded my expectations. On a side note, I realy dig Batista's new entrance where they shut the entry stage off and its totally dark in the arena and the spotlight just follows him to the ring, pretty cool. Batista has come a long way when it comes to confidence I think, you can just tell.
Wonder if Vladimir Kozlov ok'd the entrance because thats what they did with him before he started using music. It was just silence, dark and a spotlight followed him during his entrance. Joke & not funny. |

I agree on the crowd being quiet in the beginning of the day people in my section weren't happy about the roof being open. Overall I thoght the lighting was horrible and my seats weren't all that bad. Im glad I went though. Looking forward to tonight.

I thought this match was OK, sloppy, dead crowd and Cena's CLEAR 'knee me in the back' instruction for Batista ruined it a little. But it was alright, the end was good. The start and middle average. The crowd pretty much ruined the whole event for me. Seriously. |

Since the WWE has gone back to stadiums only Wrestlemania 17 and 19 have had great crowds (and 18 for Rock/Hogan).

Yeah, this crowd was dead as fuck. The fact they were so dead at the start of Y2J/Edge made me want to cry.

The US West/Mid-West tends to always have shittier crowds compared to the East/South. Atlanta should be good next year.

They need to come to Australia and do a PPV. We'd show them how good a live crowd can be!

I bet you guys would be loud as hell. But this would also feature some rugby chants that no one here would understand.

Rugby. Who the fuck in Australia follows rugby? Apart from the minority groups of homosexuals in regional parts of Victoria, NSW and Queensland.

I was entertained by Cena/Batista and so were the fans in the theater that I attended.
I honestly think Cena/Batista was the 2nd best match on the card. |

I do not want to offend anyone's opinion or seem like an ass. It's just that I sincerely did not enjoy the match. I will admit that it got better, but I just never felt the flow. A second viewing may help, but watching the first time I could see through everything and it just didn't work for me. I didn't do that to any other match on the card.

By all means, guys, enjoy the match! I am happy you found enjoyment in it. But I'm not reversing my opinion because it wasn't the worst thing either man has ever done. I have enjoyed Batista and Cena matches in the past; I did not enjoy this. I'd put Cena/Tista behind The Undertaker vs. Shawn Michaels, Chris Jericho vs. Edge, Triple H vs. Sheamus, Money in the Bank, and the Legacy Triple Threat (the hot crowd helped make it). Rey vs. Punk would have been up there if it had been given time. |

I've been thinking for a while that they should consider doing a RAW or SmackDown! over here. What's great about Australia, despite not getting enough candy to make the baby fat, is that our cities are far enough away from each other to fill up some pretty good shows. Melbourne and Sydney would be the obvious choices for a RAW and SmackDown!; but you could fill up arenas in Brisbane and Perth no worries.
