Not to mention the whole condemnation was ridiculous even if you take downloading out of the equation.

Apparently people don't own hard Beatles albums where he comes from, but not being excited about arguably the most popular band of alltime debuting on iTunes is hardly indication of being a pirate.

Everybody and their brother has access to The Beatles legally.
