Austin wrestling McMahon was completely different. They had built that feud up for a couple of years.

This, they could have had the person costing Punk the match be virtually anyone, and they chose Kevin Nash. No one was clamoring for a Punk/Nash match..its not on anyones top 10 Dream Matches..the biggest thing people might care about it over is to see whether Punk can drag a decent match out of Nash and whether or not Nash can avoid tearing a quad for 10 minutes.

You do realise that the actual storyline here is the whole "whodunnit" situation of who screwed Punk? It's quite likely we'll eventually end up getting Punk vs Triple H, which would be a great feud. A sub-feud with Nash (which may not even end up as a match if Nash takes an authority role) will only help to build up the eventual Punk v HHH feud.

Nah, it'll be more like Punk w/ HHH vs ??? w/Steph because shes the one that sent the text messages and the focus will be more on HHH/Steph than Punk and whoever it is he faces.
