I don't watch most weeks, but Braun doesn't even sound particularly over. He gets "smatters" of cheers. Have I just coincidentally caught bad weeks, or is that what is considered "over" these days?

I typically only watch ppvs and a few highlights from tv, but hes definitely a lot more over than a smattering of cheers.
