He looks like he just needs time to get completely comfortable in the ring. Lots of visible transitions like he's overthinking step-by-step what to do in the match, but that's shit that comes with time and repetition. He's got the swagger, veteran training, and fortunately not burdened with the "Here, kid- go out there and be your dad" thing that most guys in his position usually get saddled with. Any weaknesses can easily be covered by being in that stable. Future looks bright, no matter what I think about his chocobo looking hair. |

He looks green, but he doesn’t look bad.

4.5 star Lucha Bros/FTR match. WAY better than their Triplemania Regia match, which was just a giant AAA style clusterfuck like I expected.
Idk a damn thing about Hook, so we're going to find out |

Has wrestlers wearing other wrestlers’ colors always been a thing? Part of me just can’t help seeing a guy going with a really obvious theme and thinking “Stop cosplaying as your hero and be one.”

I wouldn't consider that cosplaying. As long as it's just attire colors and they're not incorporating wrestlersactual attire, moves or quotes, than I just see it as a subtle tribute.

There’s obviously levels to it. There’s a line between a subtle homage and a wrestler making you think of a more talented wrestler.

Why is it a big deal if Cole wears the colors pink & black (but not like he has the long tights with stars down the legs, epauleted jacket, or sunglasses) but Danielson has been rocking the Steve Regal burgundy forever, and nobody gives a fuck? What about Punk's Macho Man attire, or FTR's entire Midnight Express homage? Is that "bad cosplay" too?
I'm just wondering where this line is. Or, more specifically, which guys demark said line. |

FTR I would consider cosplay. Punk is on the line. I can see it as an homage, but if someone thought it was bush league, I could understand that too. It’s a subjective thing in many cases. But I don’t think it is a good idea to remind people of bigger stars in many cases. People remember what they aren’t getting. |

Cole seems like someone who will change his color scheme up every few months ala Cena

It wouldn’t surprise me if it was a one-off thing and I wasn’t particularly aiming my sentiments at Cole. It’s just a wrestler trend that I noticed first…probably with Punk actually.
