They are showing poker on FSNY instead of NWATNA.

Whoever decided that it should be put off until Tuesday deserves to be canned.

I just finished watching it. I have a few new favorite wrestlers:

Abyss (already enjoyed him)
Ron Killings (the man, he is so quick and sells so well)
Chris Sabin (the man as well)
Elix Skipper (Also the man)
Micheal Shane (So much like HBK)

AJ Styles didn't impress me much today. I tuned in at the conclusion of the Abyss match, BTW.

It was a suprisingly good show. I really thought they were gonna use it as a total "sell the PPV". While they did use it to promote the PPV like crazy, they managed to make it pretty entertaining at the same time bringing out the big guns and all.

The six sided ring though... I found it a bit too gimicky. If they wanna be #1 in the future I think they are gonna have to beat WWE at what WWE does, not come up with a bunch of new crazy ideas. The whole six sided ring is just too against tradition. I'm sure alot of people will like it. It just ain't my thing.

BTW, was anyone else laughing their ass off when Dusty Rhodes said something along the lines of "NWA Impact! Gonna be seen in 4 hundred million countries!!!"

Well thanks to No DQ I was able to watch TNA Impact. I thought it was a decent show. I guess cause I dont know a lot of the wrestlers in TNA it made it a little less exciting but on the other hand it kind of good to see different wrestlers besides what they have in the WWE.

It also nice to see wrestlers that I havent seen wrestle in years...Elix Skipper, Shark Boy (never was a big fan of his anyways but still good to see him), Kid Kash, etc...

The X division match was pretty good. I've see AJ Styles before from the On Demand thing TNA does and he's awesome.

Too bad Raven wasnt on the show, I've always been a fan of his.

BTW his Shane Douglas now a backstage announcer? I saw him asking Russo questions with a mic and I was like WTF?

The hexoganal ring is interesting, I'll wait and see how it works out. The announcers are decent. The wrestling is really good, just wish it was in a timeslot when I won't be at work.

I loved the X matches (especially the somersault piledriver, Code Red, and Primetime's huracanrana to the floor), and the Abyss squash was pretty cool, but the main-event stuff didn't appeal to me that much. It could be my lingering WWE bias, but it doesn't seem like there should be a World Title that exists which would have K-Kwik, the Roadie, and K-Dawg as legitimate challengers.

On the whole, though, I really liked Impact and am looking forward to next week's show. Especially if whoever wins the Kazarian/Styles match defends the X Title.

I enjoyed seeing the timer on the top screen. Nice to see that tradition brought back. The set seemed pretty nice too, and sorta made Samckdown's Frost Giant fist look even more minor league.

The six-sided ring? It does seem weird, but as noted on the show, it certainly allows the cruisers to shine. Impact seems to be a cruiser-focused show, and if that's what they need to be different from WWE, then more power to them.

And I did catch Dusty's "four hundred million... countries" quote. I wonder what the hell that was supposed to be. It couldn't've been households or people, as FSN only broadcasts to 80 million. Dusty, Dusty, Dusty.

Pretty sweet stuff, the six sided ring works out pretty well.
