Well, usually you don't make a claim immediately anyway. Why would you? If you take a little more time, you might be able to get more evidence.

Besides, they only waited three months. There are people filing retroactive lawsuits for ten year old issues. three months is still pretty reasonable.

If they want to prove it, they can just "reveal" what will happen. I mean, what are the odds that the WWE will read there site?
