While with somewhat good intentions, James Steele has probably gone a little off the deep end with his "Shut up you ignorant ass" gimmick, resulting in his being viewed more as a troll than as a productive member. A gimmick change may work out for the better, as this current one will not go too far. However, if you ease up a little and rethink your strategy, you can go far. Perhaps a cocky heel (rather than an annoying, flames-mindlessly heel) can work.
