-EDIT-

Over The Edge 1998

Dick Togo, Men's Teioh, and Shoichi Funaki of Kai En Tai beat TAKA Michinoku and Justin Bradshaw in a handicap match when Togo hits a senton bomb on Michinoku.

... Too bad the Undertaker never made any references to the time where Justin Hawk Bradshaw helped bury him during the first ever Buried Alive match while they were feuding a few months back. It just would have been an interesting note and maybe a bit more fuel to the fire

Two Rings, One Giant Cage

2 teams of 4

2 guys start off

Coin Toss decides which team gets to send a member in next after like 2 minutes or something close to that.

Team's then alternate in sending in thier members

When ALL 8 guys are in the ring, the match begins

First guy to get pinned or submit, his team loses

Kind of off topic, but with the possibility of a War Games match at Survivor Series, who else would be pumped to see a World War III match in place of the Royal Rumble?

Thanks. I wouldn't mind seeing a modifyed version of this match. Maybe have 10 or so guys, then have it randomly decided who enters. Before all participants have entered the ring, pinfall and submission only eliminates the receiving wrestlers. When every wrestler has entered the cage, it's one fall to a finish.

Or you can just make it 5 on 5 with an elimination rule, with wrestlers entering every 5 minutes.

From memory War Games matches are fairly good, so it might just be best to leave the original idea. I hope they don't change the name to "RAW Games" either.

As for World War III, I wouldn't mind seeing RAW bring one out half-way through the year. Maybe on an edition of RAW. Last year, after a SmackDown! superstar won the Rumble, but then jumped ship to RAW, a 20-Man Royal Rumble was held for the shot at No Way Out. Maybe RAW could hold a World War III match for their title shot at WrestleMania?

Check your local Blockbuster or Hollywood Video (or whoever rents videos in your area). You can probably find at least one of the WCW WW3 PPVs.

I would rather see a two ring 60-Man Battle Royal version at the Rumble. One for RAW, and one for SmackDown!.

So far its 29 in favour and 12 against. That is pretty impressive. I originally thought the poll would have been close to 50/50

Yeah. Probably either one for each brand (30 from each), with the winners facing off to decide who is getting the main event title shot at WrestleMania. I could even see three rings (one red, one blue and one normal) with the Battle Royals taking place in the red ring for RAW, and the blue ring for SmackDown!, with the two competitors, entering the normal ring (which is unused for the night) and either have a normal match, or continue the Rumble rules.

Then again you could have a three rings with 20 men in each and the first person to win their Rumble gets a shot in the main event, while the second winner gets a title shot in the semi-main event, while the last guy to win doesn't get a title shot, but gets another match of his choosing. Or they just go through to have one winner, while the other two are "runners-up".

Now that we have two classic Survivor Series matches, I think the WWE Championship should take priority, regardless to what carries on the RAW main event, unless it is a War Games, it should declared on level with the SmackDown! event (which will take a backseat to the WWE Championship match).

They would. If every member of the active roster were healthy at once, they'd have about 70 guys. Just on a whim, here's what a WWE WW3 could look like.

Ring One: The Rock, Shawn Michaels, Eddie Guerrero, Kane, Batista, John Bradshaw Layfield, Eugene, Rene Dupree, Heidenreich, Chavo Guerrero, Gene Snitsky, Orlando Jordan, Paul London, Rhyno, Hardcore Holly, Muhammad Hassan, Tyson Tomko, Garrison Cade, Chuck Palumbo, and Steven Richards

Ring Two: Kurt Angle, The Undertaker, Randy Orton, Chris Jericho, Ric Flair, Rey Mysterio, Maven, Shelton Benjamin, Christian, Kenzo Suzuki, Billy Kidman, William Regal, Mark Jindrak, Simon Dean, Tajiri, Rob Conway, D-Von Dudley, The Hurricane, Rico, and Khosrow Daivari

Ring Three: Triple H, Chris Benoit, John Cena, Rob Van Dam, The Big Show, Edge, Booker T, Carlito Caribbean Cool, Luther Reigns, Charlie Haas, Spike Dudley, Jesus, Matt Hardy, Sylvain Grenier, Bubba Ray Dudley, Mark Jindrak, Nunzio, Johnny Stamboli, Funaki, and Scotty 2 Hotty

Snubs: Akio, Basham Brothers, Rosey, Rodney Mack, Shannon Moore, Val Venis, Ultimo Dragon, and Mark Henry
