I'd say it was a move, and not a pinning combination, Hurracanrana's can either be pulled off with or without the pin at the end, so it's not really a roll up in my opinion.

Well a rana is def a move which requires a release, thus the opponant hitting his head, however a rana ROLLUP would mean he holds them for the pin

No, technically that would be a Hurracanrana with a pin, not a roll up. Yes, a role up is a form of pinnning combination, but the hurracanrana with the pin isn't a roll up.
