He's doing pretty good for himself right now. Good enough that the fans seem to be accepting him, baseline. He's coming into his own, so there's no worry about his mic skills.

I think it shows that 1.) HBK is still one of the best and 2.) When Shelton's ready, he'll be able to main event the big shows.
Michaels has lost a few steps, but he's one of the few "old timers" who still has it. Almost every match he's done in recent history has been a solid one, and he seems more capable of putting on GREAT matches consistently than most of the younger talent.

Shelton, it needs no saying, is the freaking man. He could be one of the major players in the future, if the WWE doesn't tank him. He's talented and well liked.

Agree with everyone here, was one hell of a match. HBK still has it, has provided a number of top quality matches lately. And Shelton impressed me again with that match. It reminded me of RVD/HBK with no HHH interference. And the finish was really , Shelton flying off the ropes and right into a sweet chin music. I was just thinking how dangerous that looked, but unbelievable match.

Yeah, considering that he did get booed earlier in the night when Jericho confronted him.

Shelton has really impressed me in the last few weeks. I was really into his last few matches. I think a feud with RVD would be awesome because if RVD could pull out his ECW style they both would have a great feud.

It was a great match but I wouldn't call it the greatest match on Raw, though its definately in the top three.
My number one match from Raw is:
British Bulldog v Owen Hart(European Tournament Finals, Berlin, Germany Feburary 1997)

My number 2 is:
Kurt Angle v Chris Beniot(Steel Cage Match, June 2001)

I don't know if it was the best RAW matches ever, but it is sure as hell one of the best, if not the best, RAW match of the past few years. HBK is still fucking awesome, Shelton is fucking amazing, and the finish was fucking insane. These are my fucking opinions.

Once both guys went down, I KNEW that was what was gonna happen. But I was still like when Shelton did it. It's a case of giving the fans the right thing that also happens to be what they want.

Helluva match. Won't go so far as to say it was the best match in RAW's history (Guerrero/RVD Ladder Match comes to mind...) but it was still one hell of a match. Benjamin has the skills to be a top player in the business for a long time to come, and wrestling greats like HHH, Jericho and HBK will only help him along.

Loved the kip up spot, loved Benjamin's top turnbuckle hop/springboard clothesline, and I marked out for the finish. That's what I tune in every monday night to see. Sick ass spots like those.
