I just remembered that Ted DiBiase runs a christian wrestling promotion and Sting's movie has been out for awhile. Has anyone seen Sting's DVD?

I actually find the Christian Wrestling federation sad, because it just goes to show how desparate Christians are to have a "Christian alternative."

And this isn't all Crhistians, before I get anyone else spazzing out on me, but the ones who need to wear it on their sleeves and take offense at anything that doesn't have JEsus or a cross on it. The people who seem to think you can BUY JEsus, the retards who loved Evanescence til they found out they weren't a Christian rock band, the ones for which this promotion was made. Christian wrestling is like sex free porn.

But again we find the Jesus freaks, the stupid cultists who think the power of Christianity lies in the word "Christian" being slapped on everything, instead of the intent or message within. I swear, you could take the most offensive skinhead metal, slap a Christian title and a JEsus fish on the label, and go platinum. Hell, POD has already proved they don't listen to the content (or if they do, they don't THINK about it).

But hey, don't mind me, I clearly hate Christianity in general, because TS6 said so.

I don't think it's so bad that HBK is being honored. I am happy for him deciding to change his ways. Belfast Bomber, Christianity existed long before McCarthy and for you to compare Christianity to McCarthyism is blasphemy to me. I've come to expect those type of comments from Kane Knight. He just seems like a non-believer.

KK, I didn't really know where you were going considering your first post was only a couple lines with the very harsh "Brainless Jesus Freaks" remark.

My point was that you can't judge somebody on the fact that they're associated with a group you don't like. I'm sorry if I assumed wrong.

As for Christian Rock, I don't listen to it. I know people who do, and it's just something they like. Maybe some people listen to it because they think if they don't they'll go to hell, but other people like talking about religion just like we like talking about wrestling here.

Yes, there are stupid people out there. (Like Rabidwolverine) And yes, there are swindlers out there too. I just felt you were attacking all Christians with your original comment and thought I should explain some things.

The truth is PEOPLE are stupid. PEOPLE will intently watch 12 hours of nonstop coverage and updates on a woman who ran out on her fiance to take some time for herself. PEOPLE stand outside a courthouse rabidly protesting the fact that the government is prosecuting a known child molester just because he's famous. It's not just limited to Christians. PEOPLE of all races and denominations are responsible for making Tom Green's bum bum song the number 1 song in america. DOn't pin stupidity on just us.

KK, I appologised for not getting your point at first. I have a little less than 1400 posts here after almost a year and a half. I don't read every thread. If I did, I'd be ranked at the bottom of the tipsters league instead of at the bottom of my other predictions league.

As for your second post, don't pin that shit on me. I don't care for Creed. I've never molested an altar boy, I already mentioned I don't listen to Christian Rock. I actually AM a science teacher and have already taught both tectonic motion and evolution in a classroom without giving a speech on them being "just a theory", and I've even had to deal with students who have questioned the reliability of each. The Pledge itself as a whole could be considered a frivolous reminder of the Cold War if you think about it. I know that The One is gay and have never shamed him, or even mentioned anything about it until now.

So if you're trying to get me to say that Christians need to own up to the stereotypical mistakes that they are said to make I won't. The PERSON should pay for their mistakes, even if they are a Christian. But I won't condemn an entire denomination of people for a stereotype.
