A three year old could write better shows the WWE's creative team. Its funny. I watch my 10 year old cousin play with all his newer wrestling figures. He takes 2 random figures and puts them in this ring he has. I sit back and think. Damn thats intresting. That would be a hell of a match. Then i think about what the creative team is thinking when they write shit. I come to the conclusion that they just arent.


I dont mind JBL at all. I think the road to Summerslam shouls be very entertaining with JBL at the helm. I think its important that they keep JBL as a main focus. The guy is flat out entertaining. The charachter itself is one of the best in recent history.

Theres probably 4 guys Smackdown should have as there MAIN concern. JBL, Christian, Orton and Guerrero. Batista, i'm sorry to say, isnt that entertaining to me. I like him, but i dont think " Wow i gotta see Batista " I really could care less if Batista lost his title on a house show tommorow night or something. I care about the other 4 guys tho and so do alot of other people. If WWE showed as much care about those charachters as the fans do. Smackdown wouldnt be the other show.

Its almost like they want Smackdown to fail.

Do we have to keep having this same argument over and over?Do you need anymore reasons why we still watch? I would love it if everyone would stop watching wwe, but fact is that just isn't going to happen. So how is just me not watching going to make a difference?Why should i have to miss out on a classic match when me not watching it isn't going to make a difference anyway?

Getting back on topic, it's really a shame that Christian probally won't be pushed too hard. Having a strong connection with the crowd doesn't really mean much at all these days. With the exception of Batista and Orton, none of their draft picks are really doing shit. Benoit and Christian don't seem to going nowhere fast, and Hassan is gone. I guess with Hassan gone, Lesnar can step in and take back his spot from JBL.

This really sucks. Smackdown got screwed in the draft lottery, and i reckon Batista moving to Smackdown was a really bad move, even though in theory it made sense.Batista looks out of place on smackdown(which i thought he would), and him switching shows hasn't helped Christian much, because realistically, can you really picture Christian beating Batista? Christian will be US champ at most now, sadly.

RP... though you're not a fan of Batista, you should keep in mind that casual fans are in fact impressed by size and strength, so Batista is still a pretty good attraction for a lot of fans who occassionally watch WWE programming, or aren't super into it like the hardcore fans.

Might be my pro-Dave bias tho.

As long as you keep whining over the same issues (boohoo the writing's bad, me and 5 million other people with single digit IQs hate the show, but keep watching it) and watch the programming, you will hear the same argument from me. But the fact is, you people whine on a regular basis, reminding us of how stupid you are, because you can't figure out that continuing to watch doesn't help that one good match get featured, it just ensures that the crappy main events continue. It ensures that Eddie will job, and Heidenreich will recite poetry and Melina will pretend she has mic skills (All things that amuse me, so...). It will make sure that the programming you don't like comes on, every week.

And all it will do is further piss you off. So what's the point?

Also KK you seem to assume everything about WWE is bad right now.That's where your coming from i think. Obviously there is some good stuff to watch right now otherwise i wouldn't bother. Like Eddie v Rey for example. I watch Raw mainly for Kurt Angle and Y2J, despite how they're used in the WWE they're still entertaining.Ofcourse when stuff like the diva search comes on, i switch over immediately.

The WWE sees good hours, they think they're doing it right. The advertisers see good hours, they think it's worth advertising there.
