Here are the people I can see the WWE releasing in the coming weeks:

Francine
She's done nothing in ECW, and she really has very little to offer at this stage of her career.

Steve Romero
He really has nothing to do now that Velocity is gone.

Psicosis
He and Super Crazy split, and since then, nothing. There is nothing keeping him sidelined health-wise, to my knowledge, so I guess they're just not using him. A Mexicools reunion would be nice, but I doubt it will happen.

Sylvan
I'm not too sure if they like him or not, but credibility-wise, he can be cut without too many problems. They keep repackaging him and nothing comes of it.

Balls Mahoney
I have nothing against Balls, but of the old ECW guys, he is the least flexible at this stage of his career. Justin Credible, Tommy Dreamer and The Sandman are all former World Champs, so they are immune to being releasing, I think. Guys like Tony Mamaluke can be used elsewhere. I see Hardcore Holly beating him in an Extreme Rules Match in the near-future, then we never see him again.

Tatanka
He's been up and down since debuting, but if they need to cut talent, I can see him going. It makes room for younger, more over guys.

Jim Duggan
See Tatanka.

Danny Doring
I don't think the WWE were too serious about bringing him in. Roadkill was the guy they wanted. Doring & Roadkill have seemingly seperated, so I think we'll see Doring get jobbed out for a bit, then be cut from the ECW roster.

Snitsky
Don't ask me why. I can see Snitsky being kept in the developmental systems, but the guy really isn't that great. I like him, and he is pretty over without any explaination as to a face turn, and he seemingly works quite as a babyface, but whenever Snitsky does something, it gets interesting, but then it gets dull quickly. He doesn't have the skills to back this up.

Vito
The seemingly have a love-hate relationship with this guy. Apparently he has had backstage problems, but then they feature his charity work on the website, then they put him in a dress, then they give him an undefeated streak. Once the streak is over, I can see Vito being kept around, but it is just as likely they will have damaged him enough to release him into the wild without it hurting them too much.

So that frees up two active wrestling spots on RAW, two in ECW and four on SmackDown!.

Oh, and when they are done with their push towards the World Tag Team Championship, and once it becomes apparent a comedy team isn't going to work as well as they think, I can see the plug being pulled on The Highlanders.

They'll probably re-invent them in the developmental system, though.

I do have a bad feeling he is gonna get released because there is not much use for him right now and the Mexicools just broke up 2 months ago so I don't think there is gonna be a reunion anytime soon.

I'm not sure about Sylvan. I thought they were gonna push him when he got a win over Tatanka but ever since then hes been a jobber. I don't think he'll go just yet but I don't know what they'll do with him in the future.

Out of all the Extremists, I don't think Balls will be released. I'm thinking Mamaluke and Doring will probably go first. I heard WWE is happy with Balls and The Sandman right now. I do know the reason they haven't had anything for him right now is because he was originally supposed to team with Axl Rotten but Rotten got fired so they have to find something else for him.

I doubt Tatanka will be released. The reason Johnny Ace hired him because he felt it was good to have an old veteran to help out the younger guys and he is being used frequently with not much else on SmackDown!.

I don't think he's actually under contract. He's probably under a legend's contract so they could just not use him.

As for now, its safe to say Vito won't get fired because he is getting pushed in this dress angle but I'm not sure where he will go after that. I can see them not having anything for him after that and eventually releasing him.

It would appear that the only reason for giving Vito credibility (and I use that term loosely) was feed him to MVP. Once that goes down (likely to be at the SD! PPV if not sooner) I'd imagine they will start jobbing Vito out.
