How is it that someone can be fiercely loyal to a brand one day, and buddy buddy with someone on the other brand the next? ie. Rey and Big Show being friends recently despite having fueded for a couple months previously

Speaking of which...How'd they turn out to be friends anyways? Wasn't Big Show trying to kill Rey at some point? They had some sort of stretcher match? Am I suffering from a wrestling fan's supposed short term memory?
