Yeah it was a pretty dumb move on Charlie's part. It would be common sense for him to have waited for Lilian to finish leaving the ring BEFORE he hit the ropes. But, common sense waved bye bye to the WWE long ago. I am just glad she's okay and is back to work tonight.

Okay, in his defense, I found this comment from the YouTube video:

Lillian was bending down, so CHarlie didn't see her. As Charlie hit the rope he had already turned around the opposite way, and Lillian stood up right when Charlie's elbow went over the top. Maybe CHarlie saw her, but probably expected her to be up already.

Makes sense to me. But still, kinda careless. You gotta have eyes in back of your head to be a wrestler.

Am I the only one who feels more sympathy towards Charlie Haas than Lilian Garcia? The guy is trying to make us care about him, because he realises the WWE isn't going to take the time away from Vince McMahon ass-angles to help him out, and Lilian Garcia takes her sweet time getting out of the ring. I don't have any ill feelings towards Lilian Garcia, everything I've seen from her has led me to believe she is a wonderful human being, but I tend to put the wrestlers before the eye candy.

Charlie Haas needs to give a badass promo on RAW next week:

TODD GRISHAM: I'm standing back here with Charlie Haas, and I have to ask Charlie, you inadvertently knocked RAW ring announcer Lilian Garcia off the ring apron last week, is there anything you'd like to say to Lilian?

CHARLIE HAAS: Yes, there is, Todd. *Looks towards camera* What the Hell were you doing you clumsy bitch? *Turns back to Todd* I am wrestler, trained to go out there and kick ass, I get in the zone, I run out, Lilian gets hurt and all of a sudden the fans turn on me. I'm a little offended, just a little offended, that the fans would choose a useless piece of eye candy that can't even pronounce Verne Gagne's name correctly, instead of a talented wrestler who goes out there every week and busts his ass for these very same fans! What offends me even more is that the WWE has such an incompetent Diva on the roster while my wife is sitting at home!

*Looks back towards camera* Tonight, I am going to give you fans a choice. You can either A) cheer me when I face Viscera tonight. Or you can B) boo me, confirm that you care more about a slut than you do about one of the actual active members of the RAW brand, and I will leave...for E-C-W.

Haas goes out and then dominates Viscera, and gets him to submit to the Haas of Pain (providing he can get it on the big man effectively) and then gets a mic from Lilian and stares at her for a bit before asking the fans what they think of him. I would so mark out for that shit.

By the way, am I the only one reminded of Armageddon 2004 with the Miss Jackie/Dawn Marie angle, and Haas walking out on both of them? He got quite a good reaction for his misogynist bachelor act then, it could work now.
