I assume by saying PCW you are talking about ECW? If so then let's just talk about how CM Punk was already a someone long before his ECW debut. He is one of the most talked about wrestling around the world right now. And if there are exceptions to every rule, why does CM Punk not fall into that catagory?

See you arn't really giving any reasons at all. If you hate CM Punk, just say you hate CM Punk...but don't say someone sucks because of the program they are on. That's just idiotic.

I'm leaning towards D, because you try to be hard by calling the One "an asswhole", but you cannot even spell asshole right.

Secondly, If you are going to hate CM Punk, ECW, Jesus Christ, etc. please, by all means, have at least a COHERENT REASON. KK doesn't like Punk, but he also has issues with the Straight Edge lifestyle, and has stated as much. I have also found, with my dealings with various members of this board in general and KK in particular, that KK isn't an "asswhole" unless you come off as one of the four I listed above. What does that tell you about yourself?

Being someone in front of a thousand local fans or a small cult audience isn't an accomplishment. Escpecially compaired to a Gold Medalist. Kurts a pretty big exception. No comparison. Punk sucks because either A) he's trash B) he surrounded by trash C) he is on a trashy show. Does Punk suck on his own? Probably, but I'll give himn the benifit of the doubt and blame the PCW product. I'll cut him some slack.

I'll admit to a and b. Never claimed to be a genius. I cant spell, get off my dick. As far as the KK thing goes dude cant take a joke and hes been hounding me into neg reppage. thankfully a few (Chavo Classic, yourself, Tanked, DS, Volare, loopydate, afterlife, Deastor, FourFifty, and Blitz) have helped back to green. Can you off the top of your head name anyone who won the Olympic Gold Medal in Freestyle Wrestling at any weight class any other year other than 1996? Seriously? Can You? I am going to bet you can't, and I also will bet you knew about CM Punk before his WWE debut. So that means (if I assumed correctly) that being an olympic medalist in the pro wrestling world is less then being in front of a few thousand local folks. So the fact that Kurt Angle won the gold medal doesn't amount to shit in terms of his ability to lead an incredible pro wrestling career. I mean it legitifies his gimmick, but ultimatly his success was his own doing.

And Kurt isn't the only one like that...everyone is. See being an incredible, good, bad, terrible, any type of wrestler is dependent on your natural abilities and your devotion. Kurt has/had both. Few people would argue that Punk doesn't have both. If you disagree and think he is lacking in either talent or devotion then that's your opinion...but to say that the company he is in somehow effects his talent or devotion is...well...let's go with Vastardikai's option D.

Was me knowing Kurt prior the point? No. Him being larger than life, the epitomy of greatness in wrestling. That was point. I didn't know who ric flair was until he went to the WWF in 93, doesn't mean he wasn't the top dog dog already. Only due to watching ROH spots had I seen Punk, so yes, I knew who he was. But yes, Kurts gold got him in the door, with out it, no prowrestling carrer. Maybe Punk is talented, but as long as hes is urronded by trash and he currently is, I'll never be able to tell. It would be like trying to sniff for chocolate in a garbage dump. Pretty hard to pick out. The only thing worth a shit I've seen from him is a top rope pedigree. I cant see him hitting that in this new "ecw." Shit another food reference. Damn I got hte munchies...

You seriously need to spell check your shit before you post it.

As for your post, you had mentioned that due to Kurt Angle being an Olympic medalist he had more of an acoplishment then CM Punks career in front of RoH, IWA, NWA-TNA, and Japan's fans. That was what YOU said. I argued that Kurt Angle's past with the Olympics had nothing to do with his wrestling career...due mainly due to the nearly undisputed point Pro Wrestling fans don't give a flying fuck about amature wrestling, and vise versa. So I am simply pointing out that you mentioning Kurt's gold medal as a reason that Kurt Angle's pro wrestling career should not be judged soley on the fact that he wrestled for a period in the WWE owned ECW. That reasoning is kind of bullshit you see...

As for what you have brought up, before I continue I have to ask; have you watched ECW on Sci-Fi? Or are you simply making statements based on an assumtion.

I need to know something about CM Punk. Maybe some of you "Punkers" can help me out... It's about his life style.

What is the reason for it? Was he a drug addict before? An alcoholic? What purpose is it supposed to serve? Him letting us know about it...so much?

His gimmick just seems stupid. He is an entertaining wrestler no doubt about it. I like to see him wrestle a good match like anyone else.

I only wish he had a different gimmick. No drugs or alcohol "life style" as a gimmick is very silly.

Straightedge predates Punk. It's all about little punkers bucking the punk scene by not being a part of the various elements that have been negatively associated with it.

Let me get this straight, anyobody on the "C show" is a terrible worker because they are on the "C show" right, and that's how you judge them?

Ok well, by that logic, aren't all indy wrestlers even worse than what's seen on tv because they don't have a brand to wrestle on?

You cannot possibly assume to tell me that because of their current status; indy, or Smackdown, or Raw, or ECW can tell you whether they are a good worker or not.

I just like how he talks about wrestling being his addiction and yet he doesn't seem to have any knowledge of wrestling outside of WWE or TNA.

I love:

-The name. It's catchy and sounds cool.

-The look. The long greasy black hair, the lip ring, the tats, everything. He looks like a bad ass.

-The moveset. The martial arts chops and kicks, the innovations of arm bars and his high flying skills all seem superb.

-The finish. The Anaconda Vice is sick.

-The Music. Fits the gimmick.
