I'm not right in the loop on these things, but I was pretty sure I read somewhere that Tobey didn't want to do anymore past 3. If that is correct, for the series to continue, they'd need to put some sort of storyline (IMO) to shift from one character playing Spidey to the next. I have a real problem of seeing one character play a role and then come the next movie it's someone else.

Yeah, the adjustment takes away from the film/series. I don't know how I'm gonna get through Casino Royale with a clear head.

I found both story lines really boring, the second one moreso than the first, and I don't think Jerry Maguire can act his way out of a wet paper bag. The only thing that saved the first one was Willem Dafoe.
