I remember (I think) when Insane Clown Posse debuted on Nitro and one of them botched a leg drop from the top turn buckle and landed on Benoit's head. I believe it gave him a concussion and he was out for a while.

I don't know if this was true or not, but I remember when ICP was with the Oddities (I think it was at this time) that they couldn't perform in an arena because they were banned, but were there (but didn't perform) anyway. That was the storyline, anyway.
