Well, what the hell ending was that.

That was my first reaction.

Thinking back on it, I don't mind it as much. It doesn't leave any cliffhangers or anything so next season can be completely new and detached from everything else. Fresh start.

BUt a shite season this was. Here's to next year! Hopefully I'll be working on it by then.

This season started out so good and was probably the best season I had seen but it just went so many ways and there was so much happening. I had a hard time finishing the season.

First of all, this ending was not shit at all. Think about it, when Jack looks over the edge, he is thinking of commiting suicide. The fade out and the silent clock is perfect. The silent clock is used to note very emotional moments in 24's history. This officially closes the Jack Bauer working for the US governement life that he has led for the past 6 seasons. He left Audrey on his terms. He is in hiding under his terms. I am very impressed with the finale, and as much as I wanted Tony to come back, this was the best ending for what was a very long and up and down season

Worst season of 24 ever.

And lets be honest, what Heller said was so true. Jack will be back in the game next season and that ending will mean nothing.

I wonder what happend to the dead person coming back and the whole car in a alley thing. They probably scrapped it cause of all the spoilers.

i actually really liked the ending tho. It was kinda like Jack Bauer coming full circle and its was a really powerful performance by Keifer. But i dont think Jack was thinking about suicide at all.

Did they ever expose the group who wanted Palmer out of the presidency and Noah in? Or did they just let that dwindle.
