Listening to her voice is painful. I don't even mean that in a "bad" way; it just simply sounds like it is painful for her to sing, and as such the music sounds painful to me and I cannot like it. Similar to how I can't really get into much screamo music because my throat wants to cry every time I hear it, thus ruining any enjoyment I'd get out of it.
