the video game show you are referrin to, the only one I can think of is Nick Arcade... now that ruled. It was like every young video gamers dream show. a show where you play video games and say "hey i can beat that."

I think I cover anything worth mentioning that was ever on Nickloedean besides Blue Clues (which I still watch if I'm at home and sicker than sick).
All those ruled (Cept You Can't Say That on Television and Cut It Out, never saw them, before my time)... Ren and Stimpy was pretty good, but the remake was just pure shit... I also liked What Would You Do w/ Mark Summers... I would make sure Id watch it every week... I wish they would devote one channel to classic Nickelodeon, Nick Too and Nicktoons TV (I dont have digi cable, but I know about them) arent good enough, they show other, not so good shows too... If they would show just all the classic stuff like the stuff mentioned above (And add on SpongeBob for good measure ), it would so kick ass...
