I agree Miz. While I think Green is decent I felt he wasnt even the best player on G-Town

Yea I thought Yi shoulda been the pick for the Sonics...but Ray was my f'n man, i'll find it hard to root for him for a team like the Celts , who god knows what the hell they were thinkin to begin with now having 2 premier shooters..they woulda been in good hands with Yi too.

Nah, Durant was def. the pick at 2, I'm just saying ideal situation was we get Yi in a trade rather than Green. The last thing we needed was another SF. Ridnour, Lewis, Durant, Green, Swift will be our starting 5 unless we trade Luke. Meh.

I have heard Lewis will get traded most likely and Ridnour might get traded if the right deal comes along but should still be the pg for the Sonics

Wow, great move for the W's. Gets rid of the logjam at the 2, clear a ton of cap room and get a great young big man. I feel sorry for JRich though, he put up with those shit Warrior teams for years and now that they are finally getting good he gets traded to the fucking Bobcats

Apparently Yi is pulling an Eli Manning towards the Bucks. He said before the draft he either wanted to go to Oakland or Chicago, perhaps the Wright-Rcihardson deal was just a stepping stone for Wright to be dealt to the Bucks for Yi?

J-Rich will prolly be the Bcats leading scorer but it means likely Wallace wont resign with them.

Warriors meanawhile get Brendan Wright who def has a bright upside and should fit well in the GS system. Monta Ellis can finally shine as the SG for GS as J-Rich is gone

Yi's camp told the Bucks before the draft that they would not go there. The Bucks never even scouted Yi and yet even after being told that he wouldnt go there they drafted him lol

He's their only UFA, I think they should resign him though. He was probably their best defender and had a ton of hard-nosed hustle plays in the playoffs

Yea thats what I meant..with the 5th pick Yi over Green for sure. Now a sign and trade with Lewis to Celtics with the same result woulda been even better.


The Blazers are lookin prety sweet too, I doubt the 8 players that they got today will all make the team but it's a hell of a start for the Oden era up there.

YEs i hope the Chinese dude does not go to Milwaukee, i hate the bucks. and the Bulls took Noah, that sucks, cause i like the bulls.

Also I have no idea who Nick Young is and I think he'll lead the Wizards into their third straight first round loss to the LeBrons.

Ainge at least can draft well... he's trades typically suck, but I'll leave the jury out on this one... in fairness he's been told "win now" that's from the owners, he was told we don't want to compete in 2yrs, we need to (ticket sales) compete this year.

That was the worst trade ever by the Celtics. They traded an awesome young player and the No. 5 draft pick for an aging, injury-prone guard when all they needed was a big man. Seattle totally won that deal.

People will ofcourse say i'm dumb, but i think 10 years from now the best player to come from this draft will be Al Horford. He seriously reminds me of a more aggresive Tim Duncan. I think Durant is gunna be real good, but i think after about 4 years of ball, he'll be right about where Melo is right now. I think Oden will be good, but i just really dont know how good. I think Oden can be a really good player and still be considered a bust.

I dunno, the Celtics have made some other bad ones... but it's Karma from Red Auerbach pulling off the best trades in history.

Also, I'm not sure how bad this really is... especially if you're trying to win now, not in 2-3yrs...

Also, he's 32... that's far from done in the NBA..

Don't get me wrong, I would have liked to kept the pick... but it's not a horrible trade.

I still don't want to deal Jefferson... but if we can have Garnett, Allan & Pierce... might not win it all, but will be fun to watch.

If Nick Young had returned for his sr season at USC I felt that USC would def be a Final Four team because Mayo/Young would have made one of the nations top backcourts
