Doink did it

I liked Hawian Crush as a kid, was so mad at Mania 9 with the two Doinks things (although looking back, it was genious). Probably the only match I really remember of his was at Mania 10 against Savage, that was such a kick ass match.

Read on WWE.com that he suffered a serious spinal injury a couple of years back, not sure whether that contributed to his death.

I watched him as Crush and I watched him in WCW, but for the life of me I can't remember a single match he was in.

Sympathy and respects to his family and loved ones, but it's no great loss to pro wrestling.

......now this one hits me kinda hard. No matter what his gimmick was like I've always been a fan of Bryan Adams. He was one of the few powerhouses that I've liked.
Hell, the other day I was thinking of how many people need to steal his pineapple crush. It would work well for Chris Masters, The Great Khali, or any other powerhouse.
I loved his fued with Randy Savage and Doink. As a part of Demolition he had a great match with The Legion of Doom.

If you didn't see him in the ring you missed out.

I always thought Kronik got a kind of shit deal when they came to WWE. They are normally what Vince likes so I was expecting them to be two of the few people to actually do well out of the invasion. But then came what has to be one of the worst matches I've ever watched. In my opinion it was just bad booking though, what do you think is gonna happen if you put two teams against each other who are too big to actually do any moves to each other?

So it was equally Kane, Undertakers and Kroniks fault the match sucked, solution, scrap Kronik, push Kane and Undertaker. Undertaker even won a title not long after that, despite the fact he was by far the least talented man in that match

TAMPA, FLA. (AP) -- Former pro steroid wrestling champion Brian "Crush" Adams died Monday after he was found unconscious in his home. He was 44 and on steroids. He showed no visible signs of injury and foul play was not suspected, police spokeswoman Janelle McGregor said, though she noted the use of steroids as a factor. Authorities were awaiting autopsy results from the medical examiner before proceeding with their investigation. But come on, I mean, really.

Adams' wife, who was not identified as a steroid user, found her husband not breathing and called 911 about 11 a.m. Fire Rescue workers later pronounced him dead, McGregor said. Adams, a former world tag team champion, last performed for the World Wrestling Federation in 2001 and served intermittently on the roster beginning in 1990, World Wrestling Entertainment said.
WWE spokesman George Cabico had no further comment. Except steroids. Steroids steroids steroids steroids steroids.

Adams death comes less than two months after pro wrestler Chris Benoit killed his wife and son before hanging himself on the cable of a weight machine in his Georgia home. Prescription anabolic steroids were found in the family's home, raising questions about whether the drugs played a role in the killings. Steroids.

Granted, his match vs Randy Savage at WrestleMania X was maybe the only good match of his career (actually, his Chicago Street Fight at WrestleMania 13 was the second best match of the night I suppose)... but nevertheless, it's always a shame to hear of a young death in the business, and somebody's worth shouldn't be measured in opinion of his wrestling ability, that's just short-sighted and selfish.
