No, because somehow Devine won the "rights" to hold the belt, but not actually the title itself. I could be wrong on this since I fear that following TNA week-to-week will eventually cause me brain cancer, so maybe someone else can clear this storyline up for us.

Either way it's fucking retarded. Lethal hasn't had possession of the belt for over a month now, but is still the X-Division Champion.

Nope, they went with the "smart" choice and had Team 3D & Johnny Devine grab the belt in the Ultimate X Match, which means Lethal does not get his belt. Fucking stupid. What's most annoying about TNA, is that they think they're doing a great job. The segment from iMPACT! where Cornette was yelling at Morgan for making all those gimmick matches and then he receives a check from "upper management" for "exemplorary match making" for the previous week. Fuck, TNA, we get it, you think you are brilliant. So why the fuck is the highest rated segment of your shows each week the Women's Division?

Why would Joe fight the good fight against Tomko and AJ alone after Nash dumped him? Joe of the last 3 weeks would have left too to go kill Nash, then kill Cornette.
