Loose Cannon, Flair's "I don't think so, motherfucker" is at the point where Rock is crawling to tag Mick in, and Flair cuts him off, then smashes his face in the corner. It was kinda hushed, but I had the volume up pretty high, so it was clear to me.

Seemed weird because even if a wrestler does move generally speaking they are still refered to as being from their birth city or city where they grew up: IE: Chris Jericho.
