Pretty sure the warranty is non-transferrable, so if the person registered it....

I don't think I got a Warranty with it because it's used, aside from the 30 day Return thing EB gave me. They said it was refurbished, so maybe it already went in for a repair once already. I'll just do what I can to avoid an rrod, just to be on the safe side.

Yeah, KK's right, it's non-transferable.

So basically buy a good cooling system for it and hope you don't get it. Otherwise, don't use it to prevent it.

Just to clear things up:

I can send my 360, which is NOT under warranty, with the RROD to Microsoft, who will fix it for $100, and give me a warranty on the then refurbished 360??
