Will ECW get one of these matches? It's a pretty cool concept, I think. Just as long as the WWE doesn't overdo it. Mark Henry vs. Matt Hardy vs. Tommy Dreamer vs. John Morrison vs. Chavo Guerrero could be pretty cool. I was tossing up whether to include Chavo or The Miz, but as a former ECW Champion, and generally being better than Miz, I'd hope Chavo would get in.

I don't mind the hate. I couldn't give a fuck about BDC, and KK and Xero are just as tedious as I am. It's just annoying when it gets in the way of what should be a celebration of Kendrick getting into a title match, though.

Oh yeah, MVP and Shelton Benjamin are also in there. And Jeff Hardy. Pretty fun shit. I'd mark out if a ladder got involved.

Those two guys just have incredible chemistry. They had some good stuff going in ROH, too. It reminds me of the natural rhythm Paul London and Akio got into with their matches on Velocity. I still stand-by my prediction that a hypothetical Paul London & Brian Kendrick vs. Jimmy Wang Yang & Jamie Noble match would be one of the best things ever to happen.

That's pretty much all we can realistically hope for. That being said, Kendrick has been on a roll recently. His ring work, no matter how short he gets to work, is always entertaining, at least. What has really impressed me about him recently, though, is the effectiveness of which he has handled the mic. I see some great promos coming from Kendrick in the future.

I think this will be the sink or swim moment for Kendrick. If he can (is allowed) to put on one hell of a performence then we may be seeing him step up into some big fueds, if not he'll probably remain a midcard act, have Zeke turn on him (and destroy him), then get released.
