A really violent match like that might also cause the WWE to call it closed on the feud. It'd be awesome with Jericho winning, and they have had a lot of input in the story, so if they want to keep it going, I'm sure they'd be allowed to, but I don't know...I just really want to see this keep going.

Yeah, I got that. Ideally that would be great, but I'm not sure if the WWE would remember why Michaels was out in the first place.

Yes, but not needing it and not wanting it are two different things. If my muscle were to rip, I"d want a few weeks to heal it up, especially if it could benefit the story as well.

Oh, sure, you would be able to right it as such, no doubt. But come on, it's a classic WWE thing to do for Shawn Michaels to return during a Santino Marella promo, and the WWE forget that anything between Michaels and Jericho ever happened.

I want to see Lance Cade get involved and attack Michaels while Jericho is able to make a getaway. Then Michaels does some sort of crazy spot on Cade ala 'Taker to Edge @ Summer Slam. After that, as Shawn looks down at Cade and the damage he has caused, Jericho sneaks up behind Michaels and takes him out somehow in a similar manner.

Then Cade can threaten to sue Adamle for allowing this to happen to him despite him not signing any releases, but he will drop the suit if Jericho receives a title shot. And there's your Jericho title reign leading to the Mania match.
