Anyway, Chris Jericho is the fucking man. Probably the best "entertainer" in the WWE right now. It's come and gone, but seeing Jericho use a loophole to reverse the decision would have been awesome.

I think there are plans for Batista as World Heavyweight Champion, though. I don't really like it, but the match I think they're going to go for at Mania XXV is Batista vs. John Cena. I believe, unfortunately, that there are more plans for Batista as World Champ than for Jericho whom isn't World Champ.

I have to say I personally think Batista's fine. We're in the "Also-Ran Era," and aside from a couple of legends, we really don't have many people who are a cut above the rest.

Though I'm not celebrating Jericho's reign ending, either.

Well obviously he's not going to hold the title forever. Especially with Rumble-Wrestlemania just around the corner. To be honest, I could care less whether he's holding the title or not.

I just feel as though it's one of two things. a) he gets squashed by Cena and goes back to the upper midcard and keeps the same rate of awesomeness, or b) he holds it until Rumble.

Either way it means very little to me, other than just someone to root for to keep the title over Batista and Cena.

I want Jericho to be the first guy to win the World Heavyweight, WWE and ECW Championships (might as well add the WCW Title in there, as well). I'd mark out for Kane doing it (officially), but Jericho really deserves and honour like that.

I can't help but wonder if the WWE pulled the belt from Batista without keeping him looking good in mind. You have to admit, his reactions on RAW were pretty bland. They did chant for him, but not much more beyond that. And Jericho has been consistently awesome. It seems like the right choice to make.

One thing to really point out, is that Batista's reign is the shortest of all-time. That's got to burn a little, anyway you slice it.

The best Batista could hope for right now is a heel turn.

The World Heavyweight Title is finding itself in weird places, to be honest. The Undertaker wins it at WrestleMania, which made sense, but then he got stripped without an injury coming into the question. I think we then get to CM Punk's reign, which ended pretty abruptly to Jericho, who then just traded places with Batista for 8 days.

Meanwhile, Triple H has actually been WWE Champion for a long time. Maybe they are taking the opposites approach, and having one belt float around, and the other sit still for a long time?
