B. I am trying to picture a conversation involving the phrase "Medical Violence."

That would make sense, but... they give examples like "Surgeries" and "Medical Procedures." Sorry, I just don't see "Surgeries" and "Medical Procedures" as being violent, unless they're replacing a scalpel with a Chainsaw. Or maybe they're beating the guy in the head with a bedpan while drawing blood?
