Besides the obvious ones, William Regal is one of my favourite promo people. The man has made me feel goosebumps on many an occasion. One where he told some face that he obviously wasn't bright, because if he was he'd know the English are one of the more barbaric races in human history. But there's also that one on Triple H after The Game had just turned on Eugene.

I cannot find the actual promo, but here is a hype video recapping everything, with bits of Regal's promo in there:

This is probably Bob Backlund's best promo he ever cut and it's almost a bit of a heel promo

It's from Mario Savoldi's ICW promotion in 1988 as he talks about Iron Sheik

There were a lot of great Rock promos but this definetly is one of the best of em to me keep in mind I was a Rock fan even the 1st time he went heel.
