Also, the "wrestling's fake, right" line is really pissing me off here. This isn't wrestling. If anything, it's more akin to "entertainment", the thing most deathmatch mutants will bury until the end of time.

There's a difference between hardcore and garbage as far as I'm concerned.

Garbage has no psychology and is nothing but random spots strung together. Hardcore wrestling takes the aspects of garbage but uses them to tell a story in the match and adds to everything, instead of being the sole provider of action.

Barring something like a New Jack match, watch some ECW. Yeah, there's weapons and ridiculous spots, but they actually mean something. That's what I'm talking about, not this bullshit.

No, by defintion, the WWE is wrestling. Just because it's a poorly executed and booked wrestling match doesn't mean it's not wrestling.

For example, your local sports team are playing particularly bad and losing games due to bad strategy, team management and squad selection, it doesn't mean they're not playing the sport, it just means they're bad at it.

These garbage wrestling guys are playing a completely different game. Bringing enough weapons to give a bloodthirsty 14 year old kid erections then substituting the rules of the game and tactics with their own means it's a different game altogether.
