What if Jeff Hardy signed with TNA?

Don't really have much to say about this, but it's been a thought that has been haunting me for the last couple of days. Jeff Hardy's WWE contract is coming up, and Hardy is reportedly not too keen on re-signing. He obviously as some love for the business, given that he's done some insane shit in it for so long. He's probably feeling a little worn down, but what if it isn't from the business in general, but just the WWE schedule that limits him from doing other things?

I can at least see TNA making Jeff Hardy a sizeable offer. The guy just fits the chaotic programming that they put forward, and is a licence to print money. TNA would be foolish not to at least try in signing Hardy back to their team. They've managed to get Bobby Lashley, who was quite worn out on wrestling with the WWE, and he's got an MMA career that he's also worrying about. If Hardy just showed up for a few dates a month, he could make a lot of money, keep himself in the spotlight, and then go do some drugs or paint pictures with his extremities, or something.

Some questions to consider:

1) How likely is it that Jeff Hardy would go to TNA?

2) What exactly would it mean to the company?

3) Would you personally care?

4) Because his contract is expiring, and not because he was released, does he still have the no compete clause to worry about?
