I myself never understood of linear stories got to be so damning to a game in the last few years. Read some reviews and you'll see some guy complaining about how linear a game is. I think there's some merit to a game that goes from point to point, and personally, sandbox games encourage players to never finish a story. Maybe some players like that but... why work so hard on a story, ya know?

You would be blown away by a game I designed, I'll tell you what. Sure it would have a lot of whacky stuff, but I want something good, not just some shit that they slap out.

All my posts are throw aways. And yes I do have an idea of how to make it. Now I don't know how to design a video game or anything, and it depends on the rpg theme I would make. I do enjoy the moral compasses in games like Fable and Mass Effect, I would like to limit a shooter rpg to a weight limit with weapos and ammo. I have like 2 different rpg/sandbox games I would like to make.

None of them are good enough. I like Mass Effect, but I can't stop critizing it. Or what I would have liked to see.

I would honestly love a Star Trek Next Gen themed MMORPG if it was just set in the universe and you could be a pirate or something.
