Santino was funny a few months ago and probably can be again. But right now he's in a rut a) in backstage segments b) not wrestling. It's like they know they've got a character people respond to and because of that they'll keep him around, but they're afraid to actually push him because of his size.

This is one of the best answers you can give in this sort of thread. I don't agree with you -- I have actually seen very little Brian Pillman, but have only heard good things. But in a thread about IWC darlings who aren't loved, it's more applicable to give an answer like this than a safe one like John Cena. I mean, it kind of drops the qualifier. Haven't cared about Kane for a really long time. Even when they try to do something interesting with him it seems really half-assed.
