I decided to stay up and watch..

When Brets music played the mark in me came out.

But hey at least we didnt have any Chris Masters

Compared to the last few raws, this one was good.
However I hate the way they got our hopes up with the bret hart theme music and he never showed. Then in the main event when hbk had the sharp shooter it was the perfect opportunity to bring Bret out and make the save, it never happened.....

That was a damn good RAW. HBK IS THE MAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He had me laughing and cheering the whole promo. They started chanting "shut the f*** up", and he just sat down. Bret got Hardy'd, but it just might lead to him showing up sometime. The sharpshooter at the end of the show was just icing on the cake. Well done Shawn!!

Angle's attack on Eugene, and promo was good as well. Too bad how much he sold to Hogan during the beginning of that match. Certaintly wasn't the KOR '02 match where Kurt did beat Hogan.

Wasn't surprised to see Ashley win, considering I voted for her once Cameron was eliminated. Though I thought for sure she was gonna pop out of that top.

Great RAW, HBK IS GOD!!!!!!

I had goosebumps when Bret's music hit. He's coming back at Summerslam I know it. Think about it, they wouldn't want him to come back tonight because it would overshadow HBK/Hogan this Sunday. But they'll set up the Hart/Michaels feud at Summerslam somehow.

I was expecting a midget Hitman to come out, atleast. And if Bret did come out, I thought he'd announce that he was going to be the special ref for Hogan/HBK

well, i thought RAW was pretty weak. the only high-point was the Shawn Micheals promo at the begining of the show. other than that there were no noteworthy matches. it seemed that a lot of the better performers had taken the night off. the main event was a 3 on 1 handicap match. and not even Kurt Angle was able to carry Hogan to a descent match ( Hogan, it would appear, now has only one move in his arsenal - the right hand punch). and at the end of the night, i guess JR had been striken with alzhiemers, as he was unable to predict Micheals was going for the sharp shooter in the 45 seconds it took to set it up, until it was actually applied.
