WWE:

The only male free agent I could see them bringing in would be Batista in a Jericho/RVD like role where he comes back 3-4 months at a time. They have enough talent coming up through NXT where they don't need to look at prior talent. I would say Morrison, but what does Morrison do that someone like Sami Zayn couldn't?


TNA:


JR. Go to the desert and dig up a nice barrel of money to give him. Hire JR to run all aspects of talent, development, and let him help run the business end. He helped with the budget for house show tours, so he would be a fantastical addition.

Heel/face turns are one thing. When every "good guy" is simply bullying other people, that's another thing entirely. I exaggerate, of course; lately, there are WWE faces that are fighting against being bullied, but for a long time, every WWE face was an inexplicable cock.

I can stand Tazz repeating himself, because his catchphrases are hilarious, and he also rambles a lot.

I don't have much of a problem with JBL on commentary, but he tries too hard to force certain phrases, or references, into the show.

Personally, I love them both. I've always been a staunch JBL supporter. People always bring up the bully stuff but as an entertainer, I think he's top notch. Now that the jiggly tits aren't a factor, he can reign supreme.

No. He isn't. Listen, I'm not as dead set against him as many of my fellow podcasters are, but we have to show some honesty here. He is not nearly as over as he should be for the position that he's in. Much of it is because the hit in popularity he took by middling for a couple years due to the wellness strikes, but he is not really that over. It's clear that he knows what he's doing and knows how to be a main event star, but nobody is paying to see Randy Orton right now. For an 11 time champion, he is not drawing even close to what he should be. Like not even a reasonable fraction.

I will agree with that 100%. Along with his wellness issues, I think that's why he went so long without being the champ until a couple months ago: he doesn't need the belt to be over. He just is.

I'd like to bring up a sidepoint of what you said "nobody pays to see Orton".

Does that even exist anymore in general? People paid to see Stone Cold, Hogan, Rock. In my opinion fans nowadays buy a ticket to see the WWE as a whole, not one specific guy. Which says a lot about wrestling in its current state.

People pay to see Cena, Mysterio, Punk, and Bryan. Other than them, I don't think there are many wrestlers who directly draw.

Personally, I'm one of the people who pays to see the product as a whole.
